friendly staff clean room small room noisy ac
the staff was very friendly. they always give guidance when needed. the hotel is spotlessly clean. rooms are cleaned every day and they change towels daily.
the family room was very small. the ac was really noisy and i could barely sleep. turning it off made the room too hot.

poor soundproofing noticeable street noise
the room i got was quite small. i also noticed the soundproofing was not good (i could hear neighbors easily). street noise was very noticeable too, especially early in the morning. i found it hard to sleep well.

central location helpful staff varied breakfast
I appreciated the central location. It provided easy access to everything. MANY restaurants and cafes are nearby. BOTH st marks and rialto are a short walk away. The staff impressed me with their helpfulness. They arranged a gondola ride at the last minute without any problems. The breakfast offered a varied and plentiful selection.
The heating did not work on the last morning, causing the room to become quite cold.

The room was nicely decorated, with a good amount of space. Facilities in the room were also good. Air conditioning and mosquito repellents were available in the rooms, a great advantage.

Luggage storage was available at the hotel, providing added convenience. The hotel offered assistance with carrying luggage upstairs, as there isn't a lift, which i found helpful. The staff maintained excellent communication throughout the stay.

The breakfast was varied and plentiful , especially for those needing gluten-free options. i found the coffee to be very good each morning, which i appreciated. There are many cafes and restaurants just in front of the hotel.

ineffective cooling undercooked eggs
The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat. This made sleeping difficult. the breakfast eggs seemed undercooked. I worried about potential food safety issues as a result.

a romantic retreat near rialto
helpful manager ideal location terrace balcony
The managers were wonderfully helpful, guiding us to a glass blowing factory on murano , that included a free private workshop tour. the hotel's location was ideal, close to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The rialto bridge was only a short walk. the terrace balcony rooms.
i found the lack of elevators a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage and not being able to dry clean clothes.
