fantastic stay
great locationcute staffeasy check-in
the hotel has a great location with shops and gelato right outside. the staff was super cute. the check-in process was easy and they offered a drink at check-in! the breakfast had many options.
the room was a little small.

the reception staff assisted guests with directions and recommendations. they helped organize a private gondola ride, escorting us to the waiting gondola without needing to queue. a bottle of champagne was a honeymoon surprise, a considerate touch.

I appreciated the central location. It provided easy access to everything. MANY restaurants and cafes are nearby. BOTH st marks and rialto are a short walk away. The staff impressed me with their helpfulness. They arranged a gondola ride at the last minute without any problems. The breakfast offered a varied and plentiful selection.
The heating did not work on the last morning, causing the room to become quite cold.

The managers were wonderfully helpful, guiding us to a glass blowing factory on murano , that included a free private workshop tour. the hotel's location was ideal, close to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The rialto bridge was only a short walk. the terrace balcony rooms.
